This upscale apartment complex of 397 units was developed for Houston’s Galleria neighborhood, at 5151 Hidalgo Street near the Williams Tower.  It features 4+ floors of wood frame construction with stucco and brick veneer, over a 1+ story stone-covered concrete podium.

The project maximizes its site in a dense urban environment by wrapping the building around courtyards, providing natural light and air to all apartments.  Typical floors feature a variety of efficiency, 1- and 2-bedroom units.

The B5 unit in the northeast corner features 10’ ceilings, soft-loft style great room, private balcony, 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets and bathrooms, washer / dryer, and great views.
