A development in the then-gentrifying Near North Side of Chicago in 1988, One Delaware Place provided a 40 story tower of  residences, with integral parking and shared amenities at the base, 3 blocks from the Magnificent Mile of North Michigan Avenue.

The 306 apts range from studio & convertible, to one- and two-bedroom units.  All feature energy-efficient appliances, private balconies, and full-height windows with dramatic city views. The building has earned LEED EB Silver Certification, the 1st such designation in Chicago for an existing high-rise building.
